£70,000 - £90,000 Basic, £140,000 OTE + extensive executive level benefits package
This is a big role with one of the UK's largest media companies that is ideal for a strong people manager that is used to managing teams of strong personalities and achieving significant year-on-year growth. The role requires a true leader that will face the adversities of the current economic situation with steadfast resolution and the passion to continue business growth no matter what.
To apply you will be extremely dedicated, driven, passionate with an innate ability to mentor and unite a team in tough times. Leading from the front you will be a proven big-hitter that can demonstrate loyalty and stability throughout your CV. Previous industry experience is not required, however it is imperative that you have led teams of more than 30 sales professionals and have a systematic and formulaic approach to delivering monthly targets.
Ideally a graduate and having received considerable sales and management training you will be held in high esteem by your peers and reports for your committed and dynamic approach to business delivery.
Your management style must therefore be assertive, consistent, fair and inspiring - the kind of person that recognises and rewards but doesn't suffer fools! Remaining upbeat and positive will come naturally to you and you will be used to developing teams and be an orchestrator of attitude change. This is not a role for the faint hearted but the rewards are commensurate with the success that you will drive your teams to deliver.
